**Qualification**:

- Possess minimum eight (8) years’ experience in scaffolding and three (3) years in Oil & Gas industry and minimum one (1) year as scaffolding supervisor.
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Level 3 scaffolding competency from recognized training institution approved and accredited by relevant bodies in Malaysia.
- Registered with CIDB.
- Attended required training or syllabus and registered with the department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/excel/Power point/AutoCAD/ SketchUp to check, if need to include is bonus).
- Fluent in English and Malay (Speaking and Writing).

**Job Purpose**:

- Inspection of scaffolding including green tags.
- Provide relevant design, procedure and supporting calculation drawing including Professional Engineer Endorsement especially for heavy duty scaffolding erection type.
- Inspection of physical conditions to ensure they are free from any defects and comply with technical specification e.g. diameter, thickness etc.
- Inspection material specification (if any) in accordance with mill certification and reference standard.
- Verify maintenance records, if applicable, on any repair or modification of the material or components, including storage conditions.
- Perform daily coordination of scaffolding work including readiness of permit to work (PTW) onsite along with other inspection works.
- Participate in Risk assessment (RA), JHA and RCFA.
- Perform Site assessment pre, during and post erection scaffolding activity inclusive scaffolding modification or clashing during erection.
- Review documentation related on the scaffolding activity.
- Produce report daily basis or as per required for scaffolding activities, progress claim for erection, modification and dismantle, and progress reporting.
- Conduct in house training.
- Develop training modules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
