**Responsibilities**:
- **Provide prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels.**:
- **Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.**:
- **Assist customers in navigating our products/services and resolving problems.**:
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including product descriptions, promotional content, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop impactful and on-brand copy.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services through effective communication.
- **Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating as needed.**:
- **Work collaboratively with other departments to address recurring problems and improve overall customer experience.**:
- **Juggle live chat interactions while simultaneously maintaining a focus on copy writing tasks.**:
- **Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customer inquiries and content creation responsibilities.**
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- **Previous experience in customer service and live chat support.**:
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to create compelling and concise copy.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and brand consistency.
- Ability to adapt to various communication styles based on customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the products/services offered by the company.
- **Previous experience in copywriting or content creation.**:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles in copywriting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM4,800.00 per month
