Sepang, Malaysia PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd Full time

**PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd**is looking for a **Site Quantity Surveyor** to join our project team in Sepang.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager and Project Manager on variation and contractual matters.
- Assist in contract awards, subcontractor evaluations, and sourcing competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Provide pre
- and post-contract support including cost monitoring, scope change management, and final account preparation.
- Work with the Project Manager to prepare regular physical progress and cost-related reports.
- Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion; support post-contract activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience (experience in a similar role is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
