Prepare and verify progress claims, variation orders, EOT claims and contractual claims including final accounts within specified timeline.
- Conduct site valuation, manage contractor submission and recommend Interim Payment Certificate (IPC)
- Develop and submit project proposals, quotations, and tender documents including RFQs.
- Create and manage worker schedules, develop plans and related documentation.
- Obtain and compare quotations from subcon, suppliers, and vendors.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and contractors and manage correspondence.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and participate in client discussion.
- Manage project budget including cost forecasting.
- Oversee pre and post contract work including tender documents and claims
- Assisting project manager in overseeing projects including strategic planning, risk identification, and mitigation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
