Here are key aspects of an Introducing Broker's role:

- **Client Acquisition**: The main function of an IB is to attract and refer clients to a brokerage firm. This involves marketing the brokerage services, educating clients about financial products, and promoting the benefits of trading with the specific broker.
- **Education and Support**: Introducing Brokers often provide educational resources and support to their clients. This can include market analysis, trading strategies, and guidance on using the broker's trading platforms.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is a key responsibility. IBs act as an intermediary between clients and the brokerage firm, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- **Compliance**: IBs are often required to adhere to regulatory compliance standards. This involves ensuring that clients are properly informed, handling client funds securely, and complying with financial regulations.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Successful IBs engage in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients. This can include online advertising, seminars, webinars, and other strategies to increase visibility and attract potential traders.

No basic salary, all of the income is based by performances. The more clients you can obtain the more comissions you earn
