**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship placements, including sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and intern requirements.
- Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment documents such as offer letters, NDAs, and other related forms.
- Research and suggest new recruitment channels to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Contribute to university outreach and partnership initiatives to strengthen internship recruitment programs.

**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or a related field.
- Strong passion for **HR, recruitment, and people management**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
- Must be willing to **intern on-site in Puchong, Selangor**.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
