**About the role**:
As a Graphic Designer you will plays a vital role in creating compelling visuals and multimedia content for various digital and print platforms. This position requires a creative individual who can design, animate, and produce engaging content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs that drive engagement and convey brand messaging effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and design multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- **Campaign Support**:Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize innovative ideas and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Video and Animation**: Produce engaging video content, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and motion graphics.
- **Brand Consistency**:Ensure all designs maintain the brand’s identity and adapt assets for multiple platforms and formats.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into projects to enhance quality.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Experience in creating cross-platform digital work is a plus.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia design content.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Creative Design: Expertise in creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Motion Graphics and Animation: Proficiency in producing dynamic animations and motion graphics using tools like After Effects.
- Video Production: Skilled in video editing, including storyboarding, filming, and post-production using software like Premiere Pro.
- Typography and Layout: Strong ability to craft engaging typography and layouts that enhance visual storytelling.
- Adaptability: Versatile in designing for various platforms and formats while maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
