- 【Key Responsibilities:】
- Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the construction cycle.
- Planning and manage project from commencement to completion.
- Overall responsibility for site administration, procurement, quality assurance and safety control.
- Ensure that the project is completed within the contract period and budget.
- Attend and/or chair regular project related meetings/site inspections (e.g. Project Review, Safety Walk, Site assessment, etc.) with project team members / clients / consultants / sub-contractors.
- Comply with client / consultant and applicable legal and other requirements.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, schedule, value engineering and cost reduction efforts.
- **Requirement**:

- Education Background : Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience : At least 10 years of experience in construction field, including 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
- Require Skill : Construction a DATA CENTER experience is a MUST
- Around 3+ years’ leadership experience in the field of data center's project construction is PREFERRED
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead a diverse team to achieve a common goal.
- Show good judgment and instincts in decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
