Sacm Coordinator

You'll play an important role in: '¢ providing end-to-end administrative support for SACM (CMDB) related project activities with status reporting, delivery guidelines, and proven data, when necessary '¢ storing, maintaining, and updating the data model on each CI Class as per policy, process & procedures '¢ taking ownership on housekeeping activities and reporting deviation on frequent basis with corrective actions. To succeed in the role, you: '¢ have a good understanding of CMDB structures, data models, and their relationship to bring value in both Service Desk, Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management '¢ have great experience with IT Service management with great experience with CMDB '¢ have experience working in IT Service management with ServiceNow tool, as this is an advantage '¢ have a ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification, where an intermediate level is preferred.
