- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Competent in utilizing computer systems for data entry and managing documentation efficiently.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and other conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Inspect products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Provide technical assistance to production staff and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for machinery maintenance.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
