**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and selection of daily operators.
- Conduct orientation and training programs.
- Prepare employment contracts, ID cards, and necessary HR documents.
- Process payroll, income tax, and social security reports.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, training, penalties, awards).
- Prepare headcount reports and employee intake/resignation updates.
- Coordinate with social security for claims and benefits.
- Work with subcontractors on recruitment and attendance tracking.
- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks.
- Support HR operations and assist other departments as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
