The leading copper-clad laminate (CCL) manufacturer, "**Elite Material (Penang) Sdn Bhd (EMC)**," became the world's largest supplier of halogen-free laminates in 2013. By **2023**, it had risen to **become the third-largest company globally in the CCL sector** and established a new factory in **Penang Science Park, Penang, Malaysia**. **Responsibilities**: **Production**: - Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control. - Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. - Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements. - Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review. **QA**: - Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan. - Achieves QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities and identifying the gaps and problems. - Assist for returned samples inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation on all returns and take corrective action. - Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications. **Requirements**: - SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field. - Welcome fresh graduate; no experience is required， training is provided. **-Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required.** **-Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.** - Able to speak in **Mandarin** is a must, able to write in **Mandarin** is an added advantaged.
