**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized services.
- Assess clients' skin types and conditions, offering personalized skincare advice and treatment plans.
- Provide product recommendations to clients for home care to maintain results.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work area and equipment at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines and answer any questions they may have about products or services.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Up sell skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for clients.
- Proven experience as a skincare beautician or aesthetician, with a focus on facials and other skincare treatments is preferred, but not required.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply** for this position and will be provided with training.
- Relevant certification or licensure in aesthetics or skincare.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments, including the ability to match products to client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform treatments with high attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to provide a relaxing and professional environment for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced skincare technologies (e.g., LED therapy, radiofrequency treatments).
- Sales experience, with an ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
