**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- In charge of overseeing every detail of the branch, including reviewing all paperwork for accuracy, training new staff and giving performance review.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting of the outlet.
- Develops, oversees, and maximizes retail budget and product inventory, purchasing, and sales.
- Accountable for the achievement of agreed objectives in sales and marketing as well as administrative functions.
- Responsible for running the retail store to meet the company's targets and policies.
- Responsible for on-going evaluation and providing feedback on employee performance.
- Lead sales, service, and operational performance of branches.
- Ensure customer inquiries related to billing issues, order statuses, times of delivery are promptly and courteously handled.
- Ensure stock transfer and backorders are promptly and accurately completed.
- Ensure outlets employees are well trained, follow policies and procedures.
- Carry out other duties as defined by immediate supervisor within the capabilities of the jobholder.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experiences as a Branch Manager at equivalent role.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in retail or wholesale industry would be a priority.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects is an added advantage.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staffs, customers and the general public.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Independent and able to work in team.
- Strong diagnostic, listening, and creative problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

**Job Type**:Full Time, 6 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am - 5pm)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
