We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a veterinary clinic staff member.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist veterinarians during consultations, treatments, and surgeries.
2. Prepare medications and animals for surgery.
3. Care for warded animals.
4. Maintain clinic cleanliness.
5. Handle various species of animals.
6. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Assist veterinarians by explaining medication administration to clients.
8. Front office and receptionist duties
9. Medication preparations and dispensing
10. Other work-related responsibilities as instructed by employer

**Skills Required**:
1. Proper animal restraining skills (preferred)
2. Basic pharmaceutical knowledge (preferred)
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken in English and Malay)
4. Multitasking skills
5. Empathy, emotional control, and a positive attitude
6. The ability to follow instructions precisely
7. Teamwork skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Professional appearance and demeanor

**Requirements**:
Diploma or certificate in animal health, animal science, or a related field (preferred)
SPM/Diploma (minimum)
No animal or dust allergies
No fear of animals
Empathy / high EQ
