**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for data entry for treasury, prepare payment voucher and upload bank transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of treasury transactions into the accounting system and proper filing records
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash balances regularly
- Assist in daily cash management activities including monitoring of bank balances, fund transfers, and payments.
- Assist in data entry for the financial reports and analyses
- Follow the treasury policies and internal controls
- Assist in providing documents as requested by other departments, management, auditor, tax agent or any regulatory bodies
- Assist in account closing
- Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks as assigned
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Management

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting or relevant professional qualification
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in manufacturing and consolidation will be an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good command of both written and spoken English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
