**About Us**
Infinity Exchange is a licensed money-changing company in Malaysia, serving both retail and corporate clients. We’re expanding our **B2B customer base** and looking for a confident communicator who can help us build partnerships with travel agents, trading companies, and international businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Approach and onboard **new corporate customers** for currency exchange and remittance services.
- Communicate clearly in **Mandarin / Chinese** with business clients.
- Identify and build relationships with **SMEs, travel agencies, import/export firms**, and other potential partners.
- Maintain client lists, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth onboarding with our operations team.
- Support promotional activities and attend meetings or events when required.
**Requirements**:
- **Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese dialect** (spoken and written).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, marketing, or customer service — fresh grads with the right attitude are welcome.
- Confident communicator with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of business communication and customer handling.
- Able to work independently and meet outreach targets.
