Arrange appointments for students or potential customers to meet with HODs (Heads of Department).
- Follow up after meetings and keep good communication with customers.
- Update simple reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Help prepare basic slides or documents for meetings.
- Support company events and assist with on-site coordination.
- Attend external events or meetings together with HODs when needed.
- (Optional) Do light research before meetings.

**Requirements**:
- Friendly and confident in talking to people.
- Organized and able to do follow-ups + admin tasks.
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/WhatsApp).
- Able to work weekends (off-days on weekdays).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bonus point: Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is an advantage.
