**We will count on you to**:

- Analyze claims, identify trends and anomalies, estimate future plans cost and prepare commentaries for client accordingly
- Design efficient and effective reports and data analyst to support project ; ie collect, analyze and interpret life, disability and healthcare date and summarize in report format, with insights and recommendations prepared for client
- Leading role in preparing ad-hoc slides to address clients' specific needs
- Support development and maintenance of in-house tools and initiatives, eg: BenefitsMap, macro for reports running, etc
- Manage expectations of (internal) brokers on the report delivery
- For flexi benefits plans, assist with client demos, feasibility studies, pricing, projecting cost, conducting employee focus groups and employee communications, project management and addressing implementation details
- Understand client's HR's needs, attend to the queries, communicate clearly on the methodology/calculation and prepare presentations material accordingly.
- For local/regional benefits management, coordinate regional activities (eg telcon for discussions) and oversee local deliverables to ensure high quality and consistency
- Main assistant to the managers/leaders in client meetings
- Incorporate compliance and professional standards into all work processes including transparency, peer review, etc
- Maintain relevant business date and client files Request and review client and vendor reports
- Ensure relevant business date and client files are sorted, updated and maintained properly
- Managing billing, accrual and budgeting for Consulting department

**What you need to have**:

- A degree holder in business, commerce, finance, actuarial studies or maths/statistics
- Experience in group benefits or financial analytical role, superior analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong experience in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Outgoing and independent in nature
- A people person and good communication skills in English
