**Job Title**: ServiceNow PPM Developer / ServiceNow PPM Specialist

**Competencies and Skills**
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Science**, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- **Experience**:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in **ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM)** implementation, configuration, and platform administration.
Proven track record of **successful deployments** and **end-to-end PPM solution delivery** as a lead or key contributor.

**Technical / Functional Skills**
- Strong hands-on experience with **ServiceNow PPM modules** (Project, Demand, Resource, Timesheet, Financials).
- Proficiency in **ServiceNow platform configuration**, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and UI customization.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with **enterprise systems** (e.g., HRMS, Finance systems, or third-party tools).
- Familiar with **workflow automation**, **form design**, **REST/SOAP integrations**, and **CMDB utilization**.
- Understanding of **project and portfolio management best practices**, **governance models**, and **performance reporting**.
- Exposure to **Agile/DevOps environments** and familiarity with **ServiceNow release management** processes.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
