Job description

As a Graphic Designer & 3D Artist at JUES Industry, you will be responsible for branding, packaging, 3D designs, and motion graphics. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-quality visuals that align with our futuristic, hyperbeats, and luxury aesthetics.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Creative & Branding Design**
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.
- Design marketing materials, social media assets, and promotional visuals that enhance brand engagement.
- Execute creative strategies that push futuristic, premium, and trendsetting aesthetics.

**2. 3D Design & Motion Graphics (mandatory)**
- Create high-quality 3D product renders for marketing, advertising, and packaging.
- Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional content, product showcases, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure 3D models and animations align with JUES Industry’s high-end brand positioning.
- Work with the creative team to enhance visual storytelling through motion graphics.

**3. Packaging Design & Production**
- Design premium packaging concepts that are both functional and visually striking.
- Work closely with manufacturers in China to ensure top-tier printing and production quality.
- Optimize packaging materials and structure to balance aesthetics, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.

**4. Project Management & Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead
- Designer and marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Stay ahead of design trends, 3D technology, and printing innovations.

**5. Product Designer with a solid understanding of Basic AI**
- Looking for an innovative **Product Designer** with a solid understanding of **Basic AI** to join our team in designing cutting-edge vape products.
- Have experience in creating intuitive and functional designs, while also leveraging AI to enhance user experiences, optimize product performance, and explore new ways to integrate smart technology into vape devices.

**Academic Qualification**:

- **Diploma/Degree**in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or related fields.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing both 2D graphic design and 3D modeling/animation work is essential, demonstrating advanced skills in both areas.

**Requirements**:
**Skills/Abilities**:

- 3 years and above of experience in graphic design, 3D design, and motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of Basic AI (Training will be provided if there is no experience)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Strong expertise in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or equivalent).
- Experience in animation and motion graphics for digital content and marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of printing
- processes, materials, and packaging design.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and functionality.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
