Responsible for back-office operations support and promoting quality customer care.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- To assist in handling dispatch, including incoming/outgoing mails. To assist in signature verification for financial and non-financial service requests. - To assist in simple non-financial endorsement. To assist in H claim registration. To assist in scanned documents disposal exercise. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
