**Role Description**:
Supporting the Category Marketing Leader, the Market Associate role will be responsible for execution of specific task/duties including but not limited to:

- Marketing Surveys - desktop research, phone-call, and face-to-face with farmers.
- Customer Event Management/Co-Ordination
- Working with vendors
- Administration of acquiring and disseminating marketing collateral

**Key Responsibilities**
- Product promotion - help develop and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio together with Company distributor marketing team.
- Branding and advertising - responsible for the development of marketing communications as per Company branding guidelines which includes both physical and digital materials.
- Market Intel and Research - conduct market survey to understand the needs of farmers and provide feedback to the Category Marketing Leader to enhance the quality of the marketing plans.
- Data analysis - To assist the Category Marketing Leader to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign or projects.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
