**Job Title: Workshop Inventory Assistant (Full-Time)**
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **responsible and organized Workshop Inventory Assistant** to manage and assist with spare parts inventory in our workshop. The role involves stock handling, organizing parts, maintaining accurate records, and keying in data into our system. You will play a vital role in supporting the workshop’s daily operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**
- Receive, check, and organize incoming spare parts and supplies.
- Label, shelve, and arrange parts systematically in the store.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
**System & Data Entry**
- Accurately key in inventory data into the company’s system.
- Update records for incoming and outgoing items.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for inventory movements.
**Spare Part Support**
- Prepare spare parts for workshop technicians based on job orders.
- Track usage and request stock replenishment when needed.
- Ensure critical spare parts are always available and accounted for.
**Store Organization**
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the inventory area.
- Follow safety and organizational procedures for storing items.
- Dispose of damaged or expired parts according to guidelines.
**Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians to fulfill job requirements.
- Support workshop administration when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, inventory software, etc.).
- Experience in stock handling or automotive industry is an advantage.
- Able to perform physical tasks like lifting, organizing, and moving parts.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to learn and follow standard operating procedures.

Kami sedang mencari **Pembantu Inventori Bengkel** yang bertanggungjawab dan teratur untuk membantu pengurusan stok alat ganti di bengkel kami. Tugas ini melibatkan pengendalian stok, penyusunan barang, penyimpanan rekod yang tepat, dan memasukkan data ke dalam sistem kami. Anda akan memainkan peranan penting dalam menyokong operasi harian bengkel.
**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
**Pengurusan Inventori**
- Menerima, memeriksa, dan menyusun alat ganti dan bekalan yang diterima.
- Melabel dan menyusun barang dengan sistematik di dalam stor.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala dan melaporkan sebarang perbezaan.
**Sistem & Input Data**
- Memasukkan data inventori ke dalam sistem syarikat dengan tepat.
- Mengemas kini rekod untuk barang masuk dan keluar.
- Menyimpan dokumentasi dan fail inventori dengan teratur.
**Sokongan Alat Ganti**
- Menyediakan alat ganti untuk juruteknik berdasarkan arahan kerja.
- Menjejak penggunaan dan memohon penambahan stok apabila perlu.
- Memastikan alat ganti penting sentiasa tersedia dan direkodkan.
**Penyusunan Stor**
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan stor inventori.
- Mengikuti prosedur keselamatan dan organisasi dalam menyimpan barang.
- Melupuskan barang rosak atau tamat tempoh mengikut panduan.
**Kerjasama Pasukan**
- Berkoordinasi dengan penyelia bengkel dan juruteknik untuk memenuhi keperluan kerja.
- Membantu pentadbiran bengkel apabila diperlukan.
**Syarat-syarat**:
- SPM atau kelayakan yang setaraf.
- Pengetahuan asas komputer (Microsoft Excel, perisian inventori, dll.).
- Pengalaman dalam pengurusan stok atau industri automotif adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mampu melakukan tugas fizikal seperti mengangkat dan menyusun barang.
- Bertanggungjawab, teliti, dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
- Sedia untuk belajar dan mematuhi prosedur kerja yang ditetapkan.
