**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating all admin functions including document handing, the basis include the following:

- Updating weekly sales to all region sales representative / specialist
- Calculation and verification of claims and commission for sales team
- Provide daily sales report to relevant sales team
- Updating weekly Key Account customer sales report
- Timely reply to customers on quotation request and follow up on urgent matters requiring attention and deadline for order processing and delivery.
- Retrieve or file case correspondence so that inquiries can be handled and files stored for efficient future reference
- Handling the staff related matters such as leaves, claims, training, commission etc. for sales team which require the management’s approval.
- Maintain proper filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
- Responsible in ISO documentation in terms of compiling, recording and safe keeping of files and ensure maintain proper filing system to ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Banking or other related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience and administration or sales.
- Must be computer literature skilled : MS Excel, MS Words, Ms Office
- Proficiency in English in both oral and written
- Good communication skill at all level
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and multi-tasking
- Result oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
