**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Tenancy Record Management: Maintain and update accurate and organized records of all tenancies, including lease agreements, tenant contact information, and related documentation.
- Rent Collection: Manage the rent collection process, including issuing invoices or reminders, processing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and generating relevant reports.
- Documentation and Filing: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for property-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data into relevant databases and generate administrative reports as required.
- Communication: Liaise with tenants and internal teams on administrative matters, providing clear and professional communication.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of record-keeping principles.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
