**Jewellery Stock Management**:

- Manage and monitor local and overseas jewellery inventory, ensuring timely stock replenishment in coordination with procurement and sales teams.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for items of the same design to ensure older stock is sold first.
- Track inventory displayed for wholesale in real time, aligning system data with physical stock.
- Ensure all stocked items are labelled with correct barcodes for accurate tracking.
- Verify that all returned stock is in saleable condition before restocking in the sales gallery.

**Gold Bar Stock Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of gold bar inventory, working closely with procurement and business development teams.

**Stock Movement & Distribution**:

- Monitor and record stock transfers to and from the outdoor sales team.
- Maintain updated stock balance reports for items held by outdoor sales personnel.

**Inventory Tracking, Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation between system records and physical counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting issues such as loss, damage, or variance promptly.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
- Provide accurate inventory reports to management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

**Regular Reporting Duties**:
1. Daily Reports
- Sales gallery stock weight
- Stock balance with discrepancy notes (if any)
- Scrap gold weight

2. Weekly PUM Report:

- Total gold weight stocked in
- Total gold weight pending stocking

3. Monthly Report:

- Detailed stock weight reconciliation against system data
- Elimination of duplicate or redundant records

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
