**What you'll be doing**
- Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile transactions from online payment service providers.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of assets.
- Oversee daily finance operations, strengthen internal controls, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and up-to-date accounting records in the financial system.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies, abnormal transactions, and other operational issues.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
- Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports.
- Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and financial correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal departments on account-related matters to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Support business development by identifying account growth opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and support other finance-related tasks as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent or Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in property development is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Property industry.
- Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and minimum supervision; effective and efficient interpersonal skills coupled with good communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive the team.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Mandarin speaking client.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Pay: RM2,023.44 - RM5,000.00 per month
