Production Team Leader

Job scope:
1. Supervision and Training: Providing guidance, support, and leadership to the production team; assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring production schedules are met.

2. Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, such as technical maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure a smooth production flow. To effectively communicate production goals, resolve conflicts, and coordinate resources to optimize efficiency.

3. Performance Management: Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members. To identify areas for improvement, provide training opportunities, and address any performance issues.

4. Problem - solving: Assisting the team in troubleshooting production problems and identifying process improvements. To be proactive in finding solutions to bottlenecks, quality issues, or inefficiencies that may arise during production.

5. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all team members follow safety guidelines. Ensure safety compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to production processes.

6. Any ad hoc duties as assigned or instructed through a duly authorized person of the company

7. Not to take leave or be absent from work on the eve of New Year, Chinese New Year and Christmas, as well as during other peak seasons and busy periods

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM/STPM or Certificate/Diploma in any field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in production management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools.

6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
