Sales Specialist

Cention is a pioneering AI enabled Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider, empowering enterprises to transform customer experiences through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking driven and experienced Sales Specialists to join our rapidly expanding sales force across Bangkok, Manila, and Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will spearhead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. You will leverage your consultative selling expertise to develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand their unique needs, and position Cention's innovative AI-powered contact center solutions as the ideal fit.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demos highlighting Cention's capabilities and value proposition
- Craft tailored solution proposals mapping client requirements to Cention's product offerings
- Negotiate and close new business deals while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and cross-functional teams to drive technical evaluations
- Achieve and surpass aggressive quarterly/annual sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscape, and evolving client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in quota-carrying enterprise software/SaaS sales
- Expertise in solution selling, with a deep understanding of contact centers, CRM, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
- Self-driven, tenacious attitude with a relentless commitment to achieving targets
- Ability to travel domestically and regionally for client meetings and events
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Thai, Tagalog, or Bahasa Malaysia)
