**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the palm oil mill.
- Ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to maintain target output and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely maintenance.
- To assist engineer for daily maintenance planning and works implementations.
- Lead and manage mill operators and technicians, including task assignments and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in any Engineering field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of palm oil milling processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Willingness to work in plantation/mill locations with possible shift rotations.
