**Role Overview**
As the User Experience (UX) Lead for the product team, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products. You will lead a team of UX designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the strategic vision for delivering user-centric and innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and communicate a compelling UX vision for the organization's digital products.
- Drive alignment between UX strategy and overall product and business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and validate design decisions.
- Lead the creation of user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes to guide the design process.
- Ensure that design solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.
- Oversee the development of interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to integrate UX design into the product development lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design, with a focus on leading UX teams and shaping product experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects and a user-centered design approach.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
