**Job Summary**:
1. **Sales**
- Over 2 years of experience in foreign trade and import order management.
- Handle client orders assigned by the company, including monthly account reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets, developing new customers, promoting new products, and managing customer-related matters.
2. **Maintenance**
- Monitor material and equipment usage and provide monthly support for inventory checks and material procurement.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial documentation.
- Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP systems with experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- 50% (preferred)
