**Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Organize and maintain an accurate filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and maintenance-related activities.
- Issue permits for move-ins/outs, renovations, and repair works, and coordinate related appointments.
- Support the Building Manager in daily operations and ad hoc assignments as required.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Handle billing and invoicing for property rental, maintenance, and service charges.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, petty cash claims, and tenant collections.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly financial reporting.
- Support in account closing and audit preparation.

**Expected Start Date : Immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
