We are looking for service technicians to deliver the desired customer service experiences. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide service and customer support during field visits.
- Tie the workflow to schedule.
- On site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Document processes when required.
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems.
- Follow all the company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Key Requirements:

- Well versed in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
- Proven field service experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Having valid D Class License

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
