Batu Pahat, Malaysia Mjaya Auto Sdn Bhd (GWM) Full time

Attend customer daily service needs in compliance with GWM procedures.
- Manage customer service appointments registration.
- Promote service and parts sales.
- Issue invoice and collect payment from customer for service rendered.
- Coordinate with Job Controller/Technician on work progress status and inform any delay to customer accordingly.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure serve with high customer satisfaction.
- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.
- Possess Automotive / Mechanical qualification with SPM/MLVK/Diploma or equivalent qualification with a **minimum 2 years**working experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge in automotive is compulsory.
- Good command in written and spoken of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Has valid driving license and own transport.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
