The Online Sales and Customer Service Specialist will manage and enhance online sales channels while providing top-notch customer service. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive online sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Sales Management**:

- Oversee and improve online sales channels, including the company website, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee), and social media.
- Create and maintain product listings with detailed descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online sales and meet sales targets.

**Customer Service**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, payment processing, and delivery tracking.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in online sales and customer service, preferably in the food or health industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when handling customer issues.
- High empathy and the ability to effectively address customer needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online sales tools.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
