**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Post award verification of the project tender and budget, including the project cash flow.
- Liaise and coordinate with client’s representative, Main Contractor, consultant and any local authorities related to the project.
- Ensure availability of the required subcontractors, staff, materials, plant and equipment on time.
- Evaluation of required availability dates for designs and drawings and ensuring that the consultants meet these dates.
- Site establishment and mobilization.
- Preparation of all standard progress, technical and safety reports for submission to Project Director, Client or related authority.
- Ensure that the project safety procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that the environmental impact obligations are fulfilled.
- Ensure that all statutory requirements are identified and adhered to.
- Ensure that all claims are prepared and submitted on time and all payments to sub
- contractors and suppliers and affected promptly.
- Provide leadership and direction to project staff and ensuring that they work together effectively.
- To implement all the policies, activities, procedures, instruction as relevant and required by the quality management system.
- To verify implementation of corrective and prevention action

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Project Engineer/Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Have involved with construction related to Water Treatment, Sewage Treatment Plant
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management
- Demonstrated problem solving ability in a cross-functional environment.
- Advanced MS Excel, Microsoft Project and etc.
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
- Excellent communication skill
- The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: From RM6,000.00 per month
