Designation: M&E Coordinator

Reporting to: Project Manager / Asst Project Manager

Job Description, roles and responsibilities:
1) To understand the requirement for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.

2) To ensure the site supervision and coordination of various trade mainly in relation to M&E works with architectural works.

3) To monitor the site progress and ensure daily construction activities in accordance to work program and solve technical issues on time.

4) To implement and ensure compliance in all works relating to technical, quality and Occupational Health and Safety of company.

5) To ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, including installation and T&C in relation to all M&E works.

6) To prepare the various work method of statement, technical report and T&C procedures in relation to M&E works.

7) To check all construction drawings (hardcopy and AutoCad file) for discrepancy and fully understand the scope of work of all M&E trades.

8) To ensure all M&E subcontractors following latest version of construction drawings to prepare shop drawing for submission and construction.

9) To review for all M&E subcontractors shop drawings and produce several aspect of coordination drawings for smooth site construction work.

10) To organize M&E subcontractor’s coordination meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.

11) To ensure all relevant technical knowledge are made available to the site staff.

12) To liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for continual good relationship.

13) To ensure the execution of site COVID-19 SOP in compliance to relevant authorities’ requirements.

14) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
