- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime accurately according to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure payroll processes adhere to statutory requirements and internal controls.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.
**Reimbursement / Claim**
- Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Process claims promptly and ensure timely reimbursement to employees.
**Report**
- Report on payroll expenses
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
**Payroll Accounting**
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions in the general ledger.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
