1. To perform administrative works, filing and paper works for Operations Department (work sheets, attendance report, incident reports, contractor service sheets).
2. To assist in stock / stationery / provision requisition.
3. Regular checking of customer facilities i.e. toilets, prayer room, baby care room and taking corrective action where required.
4. To maintain and manage the workshop and storage space, keeping them tidy and well organized at all time.
5. To perform all minor works i.e. painting, repair and service of small equipment.
6. To contribute by ensuring a safe, clean environment and providing a comprehensive maintenance service to the building equipment & machines.

**Requirement**
2. Must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
