The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations within the organization. This role involves managing office supplies, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, supporting management and staff, and ensuring efficient internal communication

**Administrative Support**
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical)

**Communication & Coordination**
- Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external parties.
- Disseminate company information and announcements effectively.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- May be required to assist during weekends or after hours for company events (overtime claimable)
- able to travel and meeting
