**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Liaise with suppliers/ vendor on goods delivery and update status on daily basis.

2. Follow up closely with supplier on outstanding delivery.

3. Validate good received, perform matching invoice against purchase order & deliver order.

4. Key in invoice and update in system.

5. Prepare daily receiving report to Finance.

6. Maintain file record and generate report as necessary.

7. Check on General Store Requisition and maintain at par level.

8. Assist in purchasing & general store related administration task.

9. To verify and keep proper record of all supplier’s GST registration

**SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Possess initiative and good analytical ability
- Able to work independently

**QUALIFICATION STANDARD**
- Minimum diploma in any related field with 1 year working experience
- Those with hotel working experience in similar capacity are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
