Customer Success Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling pre-online booking enquires, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
**Requirement(Native Korean)**:
- Must be able to converse fluently using **Korean and English.**:
- Must be able to **read & type** in **Korean and English.**:
- Education: Degree and above
**Requirement(Non-Native Korean)**:
- Must be able to converse fluently using **Korean and English.**:

- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Must have TOPIK 5 or above
**Salary package(Native Korean) : basic salary RM 10,000 + KPI up to RM 1,500**
**Salary package(Non-Native Korean speaker) : basic salary RM 8,500 + KPI up to RM 1,500**
**Working time: 8 AM to 9 PM, 5 working days**
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
