Sales Admin Assistant

We’re looking for a dedicated **Sales Admin** to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- To handles documentations related to sales (Quotations, Invoices, DO and etc)
- Organize and maintain a proper filing system for sales documents and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth arrangement on logistic
- To update and maintain customer database
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
- To assist in other adhoc task assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
