**Key Responsibilities**
- Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of production schedules with overall business objectives.
- Quality Management:

- Enforce and uphold IATF 16949 automotive quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure the production of defect-free semiconductor components.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the production team.
- Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing best practices to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Supply Chain Coordination:

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the production environment.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure and accident-free workplace.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a strong understanding of IATF 16949 automotive standards.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
