**Main Accountabilities**:

- **Weighbridge operator provide delivery documentation/paperwork and record the weight of truck arriving and leaving the site and ensure the accuracy of related information.**:

- To raise SAP for product finish goods delivery document and coordinate all the movement of the truck/containers for product delivery in and out activities.
- Updating records on computer system and dealing with other admirative task
- Prepare supporting document for delivery requirement such as COA
- Checking on truck condition (seal, etc.) for every time delivery activity takes place.
- Updating daily record on computer system and report out for daily delivery performance
- Liaise with Plant Logistic Assistant/immediate supervisor for the loading information.
- Provide backup coverage for loading technician in case of planned/ unplanned absence
- To support troubleshooting of weighing issue, such as calibration process-related problems
- Communicate with inter-department for any raise issued
- Participating and complete any training and competency program provided.
- Keep the Day Superintendent/Shift Superintendent informed and always up-to-date, on any troubles/problem.
- **maintain a 5S, clean and safe work area as required to meet company's housekeeping standards and to allow orderly completion of duties.**:

- Comply to work procedures (SOPs), Synthomer Policies, Code of Conduct, Employee handbook, Core Values, SHEMS. SHE principles/10 golden rules, safety induction, QMS procedures and regulatory requirements to meet departmental objectives and ensure work activities are performed safely.
- Perform any duties assigned from his superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM/ Polytechnic Certificate **with credit in science and mathematics
- Minimum **1 year working experience in material loading or any related.**:
