**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean designated areas of the building (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, cleaning restrooms, etc.).
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Take on heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Inform management of deficiencies or improvements needed.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs.
- Maintain and replenish room equipment stock.
- Cooperate with other staff to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and serve tea and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
