Position Title: Management Trainee (Internship) - Business & Technology Track

Internship Duration : 6 month

Internship Allowance : RM 600 - RM 1000

Reporting Line : Marketing Manager

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated **Management Trainee (Intern)** with a background in **Sales** or **Information Technology**, who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, internal coordination, and digital enablement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to participate in strategic-level support while learning cross-departmental functions in a dynamic digital business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating internal meetings, preparing reports, and tracking key business initiatives.
- Perform research and support commercial analysis, proposals, or presentations.
- Assist with digital tools, basic IT tasks, and internal platform usage (e.g., Google Workspace, cloud storage, Zoom, Trello).
- Support communication and task follow-up across teams (Marketing, Sales, IT).
- Maintain documentation, digital files, and updates for operational and reporting needs.
- Participate in task planning, scheduling, and basic project coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Final-year student or fresh graduate in **Business, Sales, IT, or related fields**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable with digital tools.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and handle confidential information responsibly.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
