4. Active listener with excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills
5. Sound judgement, critical thinking, patient and empathetic attitude
6. Strong written, verbal and collaborative skills
JOB OVERVIEW
2. Perform other on and off telephone tasks including but not limited to taking messages, call transfer and hold, providing call backs and follow up calls; reporting and respond in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Prepare FAQ, User Manual, User Guideline and etc
4. Compliant to company’s standard and policies; as well as regulatory guidelines and timely report when needed to Head of Department
5. Maintain confidentiality of all information according to data privacy requirement
6. Undertake other duties and task assigned by the management as and when required
